Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 30 August 2026
If clipppics is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days and we will refund it. You do not need a reason.
The 30-day window
You can request a full refund within 30 days of any charge, including a renewal charge, for any reason — change of mind included.
This sits alongside your statutory rights, which it does not replace. If the law where you live gives you a longer or stronger right to a refund, that right applies.
How to request a refund
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every clipppics purchase, so Paddle processes refunds. The fastest route is to go to paddle.net and look up your purchase with the email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your receipt.
You can also email us at tema@clipp.pics and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf. Either way you do not need to explain yourself.
Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Paddle usually processes it within a few business days; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and can take a little longer.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling and refunding are separate things: cancelling stops the next charge, a refund returns a charge already made.
- Manage or cancel your subscription at paddle.net, or from the link in any Paddle receipt.
- If you have an account with us, use Manage billing on your account page, which opens the same Paddle portal.
- Or email tema@clipp.pics and we will cancel it for you.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then stops. You are not charged again. We do not pro-rate a partial period on cancellation — but if you cancel shortly after a renewal you did not intend, the 30-day window above still applies, so ask and you will get it back.
The free trial
The 7-day free trial happens in the app, before any purchase. Download clipppics and the trial starts on its own — no payment method, no account, and nothing to cancel. There is no charge to refund, because none was ever taken.
If you subscribe after the trial and then change your mind, the 30-day window above covers the charge in the ordinary way.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it over a few days and emails you. Your access continues during that period rather than being cut off at the first failure. If payment is not resolved, the subscription is cancelled.
Where a refund may be declined
We aim to say yes. The narrow exceptions are:
- requests made more than 30 days after the charge, where no statutory right applies;
- charges we can see are fraudulent, or accounts suspended for abuse of clipppics or of the refund process itself;
- purchases not made through Paddle — we cannot refund a charge we did not receive.
If we decline, we will tell you why. If you think we are wrong, reply and a person will look at it again.
